The role involves verifying the accuracy of loan documents, preparing disclosures, and collaborating with brokers to resolve documentation issues.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure disclosures reputed company with federal and state regulations
- Prepare and deliver loan disclosures reputed company established timeframes
- Work closely with brokers to resolve any documentation issues to ensure timely reputed company of disclosures
- Monitor workflows, prioritize and manage pipeline to meet deadlines
