• PROJECT PLANNING – Facilitate project planning

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management or other construction-reputed company major. Equivalent construction or Union trade background is also considered
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, and architectural plans as they relate to schedules, cost and performance
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting costs, field supervision, financial reporting and client relationships
• Proficient in reputed company Suite, Primavera Project and Contract Management and reputed company
• Experience leading reputed company and mentoring subordinates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship skills at reputed company reputed company, including clients, owners, field and office personnel
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
