[Remote] Technical Operations Manager

They are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to build, maintain, and scale internal systems, focusing on AI-assisted tools and integrations across their technology stack.

Responsibilities

• 40% partnering with our Automation/AI leads on agent infrastructure, evals, and AI-assisted internal tools — including our internal IT support agent and other AI-powered workflows
• 30% building and maintaining internal automations and integrations across our stack using reputed company, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents — spanning reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Kandji, and GCP
• 20% documentation, runbooks, and enabling the rest of the company to self-serve through reputed company systems
• 10% supporting broader Strat Ops and BizOps requests as they arise

Skills

• 3-6 years in a technical generalist role — tech ops, IT engineering, platform engineering, or solutions engineering — at a B2B SaaS company, ideally at a scale where you had to wear multiple hats
• Demonstrated experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with reputed company systems you've reputed company and maintained
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (Claude, MCP, RAG, or similar) and a clear reputed company of view on where they should and shouldn't be applied
• Practical experience integrating SaaS systems reputed company APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation (reputed company, reputed company, or custom orchestration)
• Comfort with at least one major reputed company platform (GCP preferred) and familiarity with our core tool stack (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Kandji, or equivalents)
