Responsibilities

- Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or similar discipline
- MOST Certified
- 10+ years of total business experience
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
- 10+ years developing strategies to mobilize the business to reputed company goals and reputed company using innovative solutions
