[Remote] Business System Analyst - reputed company - On W2

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. ACL Digital is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the ITS administration transition of reputed company, a procure-to-pay platform. The contractor will be responsible for system administration, reputed company remediation, workflow documentation, and ensuring go-live readiness alongside the ITS ERP Applications team.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day reputed company system administration tasks during the ITS transition period
• Execute role and reputed company remediation — identify and reputed company gaps where system reputed company extends reputed company ITS personnel
• Align role assignments to ITS reputed company standards reputed company the four-week remediation window
• Document reputed company-state reputed company business process workflows, system configurations, and integration dependencies
• Map P2P workflow reputed company with reputed company and identify any dependencies requiring resolution prior to go-live
• Contribute to the ITS RACI and transition plan documentation
• Partner with Procurement and Finance business owners to validate the ITS vs. business ownership and support model
• Facilitate working sessions to align on operational responsibilities, escalation paths, and go-live readiness criteria
• Track milestones and update Jira as transition tasks are completed
• Support go-live readiness validation and contribute to weekly executive reporting through the ITS ERP Applications reputed company
• Identify risks and escalate blockers in a timely manner to reputed company the June 30 reputed company on track

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of BSA or system administration experience with reputed company or a comparable P2P / procurement platform
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering reputed company integrations, particularly procurement-to-finance data flows
• Demonstrated ability to document business process workflows, system configurations, and reputed company models
• Experience with role-based reputed company management and reputed company remediation in reputed company applications
• Proven track record working in fast-moving, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of P2P business processes — purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, and catalog administration
• Proficiency with Jira or comparable project tracking tools
• Clear communicator — reputed company to translate technical detail for procurement and finance business owners
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience with reputed company is strongly preferred
• Experience with reputed company and Jira is preferred
