[Remote] Staff IT Product Manager, Sales & Marketing

The Staff IT Product Manager will connect business strategy with technical execution to enhance Sales and Marketing systems, ensuring compliance and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT Product Manager for Sales systems, including reputed company CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management
• Own SOX-reputed company IT deliverables across the GTM systems portfolio, including documentation of IT general controls, support for reputed company audits, and ensuring system changes adhere to change management and reputed company control policies
• Maintain familiarity with the Marketing and Web Marketing technology stack to reputed company informed reputed company, escalation support, and roadmap alignment in partnership with the Marketing Sr. Product Manager
• Align product roadmap and priorities with diverse stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, reputed company Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
• Identify and drive improvements across end-to-end GTM processes, including quote reputed company, order booking, and sales forecasting, with an eye toward reducing reputed company effort and improving data accuracy
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering (PRDs/User Stories) through UAT and global rollout, ensuring high-quality delivery across Sales and compliance-reputed company initiatives
• reputed company data to identify trends in sales performance and system health
• Collaborate with Engineering and reputed company Architects to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and well-integrated across the broader Sales and Marketing stack

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst role, with demonstrated expertise across Sales, reputed company Operations, or Finance systems
• Solid understanding of SOX IT general controls, change management requirements, and audit processes as they apply to reputed company business systems
• Experience designing scalable architectures reputed company reputed company (including CPQ) and across multi-system GTM environments that minimize technical debt and support reputed company business models
• Proven experience managing integration reputed company across CRM and ERP platforms
• Good understanding of the Sales and Renewals business operational process
• Ability to write SOQL/SQL queries to extract and analyze data; experience with Data Loader and ETL tools for migration and reporting projects
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making across reputed company system environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, Finance, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholders
• Broad familiarity with Marketing technology is a plus

• SOX or audit-reputed company certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code, CoWork) to accelerate delivery cycles and optimize system performance
