[Remote] C&I Sales Director

They are seeking a C&I Sales Director responsible for leading a sales team focused on reputed company developers and installers, driving C&I reputed company, and collaborating with various departments to expand the C&I business.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage the C&I business and the C&I sales team
• Develops and executes the C&I go to market plan including segmentation, primary reputed company market definition, value proposition, and channel development plan
• Collaborate with and coach Sales team in developing and closing C&I projects and sharing best practices
• Creates and executes six quarter forecasts and reports weekly and monthly on sales and opportunities status
• Works with Product Line Management to represent the voice of the customer to reputed company the right C&I solutions

Skills

• Possesses 10 years' C&I sales supervisory experience
• Successful history of managing C&I solar salespeople who sell to C&I developers and installers
• Proven ability to grow a C&I business with a premium product by effectively selling a value proposition with consultative selling
• Successful experience with matrix managed organizations
• Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially astute
• Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude
• Demonstrated strategic reputed company and planning capabilities
• Understands, with reputed company, key internal/external business, and technical issues
• Quantitative and results driven professional who can adapt to rapidly changing environments
• 30-50% travel
