[Remote] HR Project Manager (Contract Talent)

This role will reputed company the delivery of high-reputed company, technical HR initiatives, overseeing project execution from planning through testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company to large-scale global HR projects; Define scope, plan, and manage reputed company phases of delivery including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting; proactively manage scope and change
- Act as Test reputed company for larger scale projects; establish a test plan detailing approach, ensure test cases are created, reputed company and monitored throughout the testing lifecycle
- Establish governance and communication strategies to reputed company stakeholders reputed company on status, risks, and deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify resources, resolve issues, and drive reputed company
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful reputed company
- reputed company reputed company project activities including analysis, development, testing, training, and deployment
- Monitor implementation reputed company, drive issue resolution, and continuously optimize delivery plans
- Serve as Test reputed company, establishing test strategy, plans, and calendars across reputed company phases
- Manage testing approach, ensuring full traceability to requirements and effective defect resolution
- Ensure quality of test cases, data preparation, execution, and defect management
- Utilize tools such as qTest and Jira to track requirements, testing reputed company, and defects

- Manage post-implementation activities, including lessons learned and adoption
- Contribute to PMO methodology enhancements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Business, HR, or reputed company field) or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of project/program management and testing experience
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and test management
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools; experience with qTest and/or Jira preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive reputed company
- PMP certification and reputed company experience preferred
