[Remote] OCM Program Manager

The role involves facilitating training sessions, ensuring user readiness, and analyzing mobile device management settings for operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Travel to field locations to support training sessions
- Facilitate training classes onsite and virtual
- Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, reputed company, environment setup)
- Analyze mobile device management settings and process
- reputed company suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing reputed company operations to scale
- Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives (especially multi-site)
- Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
- Experience agile and reporting tools using reputed company, reputed company, Jira, Tableau
Skills
