Responsibilities

- Define and optimize the go-to-market strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, incorporating market insights and client feedback
- Partner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to shape solution enhancements and reputed company-specific offerings
- Serve as a strategic advisor to pharma brand, marketing, and reputed company teams, translating their objectives into actionable solution strategies
- Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients to co-create engagement approaches, refine best practices, and drive long-term value
- Navigate reputed company pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive reputed company growth across the Digital portfolio, with a focus on omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurement
- Collaborate deeply across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery

Skills

- US Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‑driven reputed company solutions
- Strong understanding of pharma customer segments—particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non‑Top 50 organizations
- Demonstrated reputed company in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross‑functional collaboration
