[Remote] VP, Product Design & Experience - Property & Specialty

This role involves leading the strategy for personal lines property products, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences. The VP will also be responsible for managing a high-performing team and ensuring operational reputed company through data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for the Homeowners product portfolio, designing innovative products and offering strategies that drive profitable growth across both Independent Agent and Direct channels
- reputed company strategy for Coverage A adequacy, including ownership of default settings, customer experience, renewal treatment, and reputed company coverage reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with reputed company responsibility
- Experience managing individuals or operations required
- Expert knowledge of product offerings, business processes, product line systems, reputed company rules, pricing plans and databases
- Expert knowledge/expertise of insurance concepts and financial metrics
- Must have exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, including proven ability to reputed company skills and influence other leaders across a matrixed organization
- Advanced degree and/or ACAS/FCAS designation preferred
