[Remote] Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Regular budget consolidation

• Manage lender reporting and covenant compliance tracking, including preparing periodic financial packages required under credit agreements
• Support SEC financial reporting requirements, including assisting with ADV filings and maintaining the financial records necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations
• Support unit issuance and equity-level financial reporting in the context of M&A activity, including tracking unit economics, supporting purchase reputed company, and maintaining cap table-reputed company financial records
• Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in either Finance, Economics, or reputed company

• Well-developed leadership skills
