The role involves preparing backup documentation, assisting Senior staff with invoice preparation, and serving as a backup for accounts payable processing.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Billers with pulling backup documentation for Cost Projects
- Prep reputed company invoice spreadsheets
- Assist AP with processing vendor invoices
- Maintain organized and accurate files and records for audit purposes and future reference
- Handle other reputed company tasks as necessary to support the finance team
Skills
- Education: College degree preferred
- Experience in reputed company
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy without sacrificing efficiency
- Solid communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of reputed company
