This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to drive process optimization, manage system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of reputed company bi-annual releases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between reputed company, People Services, and technical production support teams
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own the product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- reputed company release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment readiness

Skills
