[Remote] Service Sales Manager - Semiconductor Service

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in vacuum and abatement systems, and they are seeking a Service Sales Manager for their Semiconductor Service business. The role focuses on driving profitable growth by developing service offerings and reputed company strategies while acting as the Voice of the Customer for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of service reputed company, margin targets, forecasts and measurements to report achievements
  • Act as part of the US Customer Center Service management team to reputed company the supporting infrastructure and resources required to deliver Customer Center and Divisional strategies
  • Assist Service Sales Director in defining annual service reputed company and penetration targets with the Business Line Managers and the Customer Center General Manager
  • Assist in the management of reputed company aspects of Service regional pricing policy and discount entitlement management (services and spares) reputed company global guidelines and in collaboration with Equipment Business Line management, to reputed company an reputed company balance between market reputed company and business profitability in the region
  • Assist in the development of financial models to quantify and demonstrate the value of performance-based service reputed company to our customers, to quantify the anticipated risks and rewards for the business, and to monitor and report the actual performance of executed reputed company
  • Support the service supply chain and Service Technology Centers (STCs) to reputed company reputed company and penetration targets
  • Collaborate with service and sales to define and present service plans and proposals for key customers and ensures that plans are reviewed regularly and adapted as needed to meet achievements

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced technology environment
  • 3 years in marketing, product management or other commercially-oriented role in a service business or Business-to-Business Sales
  • Knowledge in MS reputed company, Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from reputed company to completion), & planning skills
  • Customer facing managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
