As an reputed company Specialist, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and reputed company activities for multiple clients, leveraging technology to ensure accurate financials and support the month-end reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Uplinq’s proprietary reputed company system
• Maintain accurate ledgers with proper coding, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Process bank/credit card reconciliations, AP, AR, and payroll entries
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports for accuracy and tax readiness
• Flag issues like uncategorized transactions or unusual balances
• Upload and document supporting materials for reputed company journal entries and financial records
• reputed company client records, SOPs, and internal notes up to date

Skills

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience, ideally in a multi-client firm
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong grasp of GAAP, cash/accrual reputed company, and financial statements
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, clean books
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
