[Remote] Fixed Income Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Analyst for Fixed Income Attribution who will reputed company expertise in fixed income processes and ensure the accuracy of performance data.
Responsibilities
- Understand the end-to-end process for fixed income attribution analysis, including transaction loading to vendor platforms, reputed company mapping, return reconciliation, attribution reconciliation, and interpretation of results
- Analyze and define business issues, opportunities, and enhancements, and help implement solutions to improve reporting processes and technology surrounding the fixed income attribution platform
- Use technical knowledge and business expertise to recommend and design solutions to reputed company business problems, including supporting development and testing for fixed income attribution platforms
- Analyze and review business requirements for reputed company projects, determine feasibility, reputed company project documentation and proposals, and reputed company recommendations to managers and business partners
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for system or business process issues and manage relationships with affected stakeholders to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
- Apply sound business judgment, technical knowledge, and project management experience to navigate institutional business lines and influence reputed company where appropriate
- Work with investment staff and stakeholders to explain attribution results and help ensure models align with portfolio management objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in investment performance measurement, portfolio reputed company, performance reputed company, attribution analysis, or investment operations
- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg PORT, including transaction validation, performance analysis, and reconciliation activities
- Experience reconciling holdings, transactions, returns, and performance data across investment platforms and reporting systems
- Experience supporting fixed income portfolios and investment performance reporting processes
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience communicating performance and attribution results to investment professionals and business stakeholders
- Experience working with reputed company or other performance measurement and attribution platforms
- Understanding of fixed income securities, portfolio characteristics, and sources of return
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience participating in performance measurement, attribution, or reporting platform enhancements and transformation initiatives
