[Remote] Manager of Analytics

They are seeking a Manager of Analytics to reputed company analytics execution and reputed company delivery across the reputed company organization, partnering with leadership to define key metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Building and owning reporting across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, reputed company, product adoption, churn, expansion, renewal)
• Defining and standardizing key metrics across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company
• Translating business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
• Partnering with reputed company leadership to strengthen visibility into retention, expansion, and customer health
• Proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel and surfacing insights to leadership
• Managing and mentoring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst; setting priorities and ensuring high-quality output
• Driving alignment across teams by ensuring metrics are reputed company defined, consistent, and adopted
• Partnering with Business Applications and Data teams to improve data quality, tracking, and reporting scalability
• Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and reduce reputed company work
• Initial focus will be on strengthening reputed company and funnel visibility, with broader standardization across GTM over time

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company data-driven function
• Experience supporting decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and/or reputed company
• Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts (direct management experience preferred)
• Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, schemas, reputed company of truth); experience with Big Query and Python is preferred
• Experience working with reputed company and GTM systems; ability to partner cross-functionally with technical teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Takes ownership of reputed company, not just analysis
• Strong prioritization skills with a focus on high-impact work
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

• SaaS industry experience is preferred
