[Remote] Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, overseeing financial and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of captive insurance clients
• Build trusted relationships with clients and reputed company clear, timely guidance on reputed company captive‑reputed company reputed company
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients and service providers
• Monitor client cash reputed company and prepare or review financial statements, management reports, and budgets
• Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial information for captive clients

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 12 years experience
• License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
