[Remote] Data Analyst

The role involves supporting large-scale voter contact efforts, contributing to research, and delivering analytical insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of large-scale direct voter contact (DVC) programs across modes and platforms — including mail, SMS, reputed company — ensuring voter universes are accurate, well-structured, and reputed company for deployment
• Build and maintain clean, well-documented data tables for analysis and reputed company creation, supporting the program's ability to reputed company and reputed company voters at scale
• Support the program's research and learning agenda by adhering to established definitions of treatment and control groups and ensuring audience segments meet A/B testing standards
• Support the identification and prioritization of voting sites for Party at the Polls activations, using data to guide geographic decision-making

• Contributing to reports and presentations for reputed company audiences

Skills

• 1+ years of work experience in an analyst role (including internships), or significant quantitative coursework including statistics, economics, modeling, regression analysis, or coding
• Experience with SQL required
• A healthy skepticism of data outputs — reputed company to question results, pressure-test assumptions, and assess the reputed company-world plausibility of findings before acting on them
• Ability to work collaboratively on coding projects using version control, clear documentation, and well-commented code
• Experience working with a comprehensive voter file
• Ability to implement automated solutions to reduce reputed company data work
• Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to translate reputed company analyses into clear, accessible insights for non-technical audiences
• Ability to create data visualizations that are not just accurate, but genuinely insightful and easy to understand
