[Remote] Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing - Global reputed company Apparel & Accessories

They are seeking a Senior Manager for Global Integrated Marketing in Apparel and Accessories to reputed company seasonal marketing plans, drive demand, and create connected consumer journeys across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the global integrated marketing strategy for key seasonal stories, product launches, and brand moments for Apparel & Accessories
• Author clear, reputed company-led creative and channel briefs; reputed company cross-functional briefings with internal Creative and agency partners
• Build global integrated GTM plans across tease/launch/sustain; deliver robust global toolkits for regional and channel teams
• Partner with DTC, Wholesale, Digital, and Brand Comms to connect storytelling across owned, earned, and paid reputed company
• Drive alignment across Global Product, Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Marketing Operations, Sports Marketing, and Brand Experience
• Establish global-to-local ways of working, reputed company key gates and decision points, and partner with regional marketers to adapt plans for local calendars, channels, and cultural moments
• Define reputed company metrics and a global scorecard with Analytics/Insights; monitor performance and consumer response across reputed company
• Capture local market learnings and translate them into optimizations and future-season recommendations
• Coach and reputed company project teams into strong 360 marketers; model inclusive leadership and build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and creative reputed company
• Partner with Marketing Ops to manage scope, timing, and resourcing; ensure projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
• 8–10+ years of reputed company experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or go-to-market roles reputed company consumer goods
• Minimum of 4 years experience marketing apparel and accessories, performance apparel/footwear/accessories strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels and markets
• Demonstrated reputed company influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders in a matrixed global organization
• Experience managing agencies and/or internal creative teams; strong briefing and feedback capabilities
• People leadership experience (direct or strong matrix leadership), with a track record of developing talent and building team capability

• Strong project management and operational discipline; thrives in fast-paced environments with tight timelines and multiple workstreams
