[Remote] Junior Business & Data Analyst

They are seeking a Junior Business and Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making by building reports, writing SQL queries, and surfacing insights for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Support root cause analysis and performance investigations
• Assist in KPI tracking, data quality checks, and governance processes
• Build and maintain business intelligence reports and apply statistical analysis fundamentals
• Serve as the data resource for the reputed company and account management teams. You will see how the business runs day to day and where the gaps are, which directly informs how the team prioritizes its work
• Write and maintain SQL queries using joins, CTEs, and window functions. Support query optimization and performance improvements
• Work reputed company existing data models and warehouse structures to extract and transform data for reporting needs
• Document data logic and query definitions to support data validation and reconciliation efforts
• Help enhance and maintain scenario models under guidance. Track and report on forecast accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports. reputed company clear, accurate data visualizations following best practices
• Support QBR preparation and executive reporting. Contribute to automated reporting solutions

Skills

• 2 or more years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role
• SQL proficiency including joins, CTEs, and window functions. You do not need to be a data engineer but you need to write and maintain reputed company queries
