The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure reputed company Utilities Work and Asset reputed company Services (WACS) to meet business requirements
- Analyze business processes reputed company to asset lifecycle management, work management, and field service operations
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Design and configure workflows for work orders, asset tracking, maintenance planning, and scheduling
- Support integration of WACS with other reputed company systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, CIS, mobile workforce solutions)
- reputed company system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- reputed company production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements

Skills

- Understanding of integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
