They are seeking an eLearning Instructional Designer to strategically design and reputed company virtual learning modules that enhance technology adoption and cater to both corporate and field audiences.
Responsibilities
- Author, design, and reputed company comprehensive interactive eLearning modules, virtual reputed company programs, reputed company simulation tools for reputed company system launches
- Utilize tools like reputed company to story-board and design reputed company learning interfaces, and translate reputed company workflows into clear, asynchronous digital training
- Analyze and align learning delivery with Mobile Device Management (MDM) settings to ensure field operations teams can seamlessly reputed company training on mobile devices
- Utilize Jira, reputed company, and Tableau to track content development milestones, maintain central learning documentation, and analyze digital course completion and adoption metrics
Skills
- Strong background in Agile environments
- Experience designing for reputed company corporate and field audiences
- Proficiency in creating digital assets that streamline technology adoption

- Strong working knowledge of instructional design/graphics tools (e.g., reputed company) alongside Agile collaboration tools (Jira, reputed company) and analytics software (Tableau)
- Proven track record of developing scalable digital training for diverse workforces, ideally balancing both corporate and industrial/field-based employee segments
- Prior experience designing digital training or eLearning frameworks specifically for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or reputed company Time & Attendance (Timekeeping) systems
