[Remote] UX Design Manager

They are seeking a UX Design Manager to define and implement UI/UX strategies, mentor designers, and improve user experiences across their product offerings. The role involves leading design initiatives while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver reputed company solutions for reputed company workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish the design reputed company, principles, and standards that guide reputed company UI/UX work across the company
• Define how UX integrates with product and engineering — from discovery through delivery — and codify the rituals, artifacts, and decision rights that reputed company it work

• Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate exploration, generate variations, and support documentation

Skills

• 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience, ideally in SaaS or reputed company workflow-driven products. 1-2 years or managing or leading designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and clear interaction design thinking
• Experience working reputed company both modern and legacy design systems, with the ability to improve and reputed company them thoughtfully
