Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical reputed company with experience in mortgage and fintech platforms to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for reputed company financial systems. This role will involve collaborating with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure documentation supports operational efficiency and regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems (LOS, POS, servicing platforms)
- reputed company user guides, API documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and training materials
- Translate reputed company technical and regulatory concepts into clear, concise content
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to document features and system changes
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID)
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
- Support reputed company and training through structured learning materials
- Manage documentation lifecycle, versioning, and updates
- Participate in product releases to ensure documentation readiness
- Gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality and usability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) and 3–5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
- 7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
- Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
- Strong ability to understand and explain reputed company technical systems
- Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content
- Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company writing and editing capabilities
- Proficient in reputed company and SharePoint documentation and knowledge reputed company systems
- Proficient in Markdown editors and Git/reputed company/reputed company for technical tools and version control
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to simplify reputed company information for diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
