They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and reputed company reputed company, primarily selling HRMS/Payroll solutions. The role requires consistently exceeding sales quotas and presenting HCM products to decision makers reputed company an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven reputed company selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to reputed company organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them reputed company stated business reputed company
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users reputed company an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and reputed company sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services reputed company with the prospective customer’s needs
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience
