The role of Attorney, reputed company Sales involves providing legal counsel to support Lumen’s reputed company Sales organization, focusing on the negotiation and execution of reputed company customer transactions while managing associated risks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end negotiation of reputed company agreements (*e.g.*, MSAs, SOWs, and other customized reputed company terms) from redline through execution
- Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and deal strategy to reputed company informed reputed company
- Structure reputed company transactions, aligning legal frameworks with reputed company objectives to support deal execution
- Identify key legal and business risks across customer deals, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations

Skills
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

- Strong drafting and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, practical legal guidance to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of reputed company and competing priorities, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
