Responsibilities
- Own our email and SMS program from top to bottom using reputed company or reputed company tools — including strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization
- Build and manage automated flows that align with the customer reputed company — from welcome sequences to win-backs to post-purchase follow-reputed company
- reputed company advanced segmentation strategies based on seasonality, geography, and lifestyle cohorts, ensuring the right message hits the right audience at the right time
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to reputed company direction on email layout, graphics, and content (you don’t need to be a designer, but it would help)
