The Community Team Manager will reputed company reputed company focused on opportunity identification and strategic growth across small market financial institutions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• reputed company opportunity identification, strategic planning, and growth initiatives for 400 small market financial institution partners and more than 600 self-directed financial institutions
• Guide the development and execution of a digital-first strategy designed to optimize production and improve performance across the small market and self-directed partner segments
• reputed company leadership and strategic direction to reputed company that includes existing small market account executives
• Ensure alignment of partner growth strategies, sales execution, and relationship management activities with broader business objectives
• Build and reputed company functional partnerships across the organization to support partner growth, strategic initiatives, and customer needs
• reputed company talent management and development for direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and customer focus
• Actively ensures compliance with the reputed company Code of Ethics and reputed company Anti-reputed company, Bank Secrecy Act, information reputed company and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures
• Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas
• Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position
• Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in payments (credit card preferable)
• 3+ years of management experience
• BA/MBA in finance, reputed company or other reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
• Extensive knowledge of payments industry, specifically credit card
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps, identify the right solution, and have impact to change performance behaviors
• Excellent ability to work in team environment; highly collaborative
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical reputed company and focused on research to drive action
• Strong interpersonal and influence/partnership skills
• Significant knowledge of financial services, credit and sales management
• Experience and credibility as a sales leader with strong relationship management skills
