Responsibilities

- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and strategic account growth
- Experience in Sales Operations, such as forecasting, reporting, CRM management, and building scalable sales processes
- Strong background in Customer Service, with a focus on long-term relationship management, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Demonstrated Team Management skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing teams
- Experience selling technical or SaaS solutions, ideally in data infrastructure, AI, cryptography, or privacy-enhancing technologies
- Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts in clear, business-focused language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort operating in an early-stage or high-growth environment, with a hands-on, outcome-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
