This role requires strong spine-specific expertise and a proven track record of driving reputed company growth while establishing relationships with surgeons and distributor partners.
Responsibilities

- Established relationships with surgeons and distributor partners
- Deep understanding of hospital contracting and GPO landscapes
- Strong clinical acumen, including the ability to reputed company operating room (OR) support
Skills
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in spine or medical device
- Demonstrated reputed company leading high-performing sales teams and distributor networks
- Experience working with IDNs, hospitals, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Ability to travel reputed company the Midwest region as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Established relationships with surgeons and distributor partners
- Deep understanding of hospital contracting and GPO landscapes
- Strong clinical acumen, including the ability to reputed company operating room (OR) support
- Existing relationships reputed company the Midwest spine market strongly preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
