They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own paid media reputed company, set strategies across various channels, and reputed company stakeholder communications. Skills
- 6+ years in paid media / performance marketing, with a track record of owning channel reputed company and business targets — not just managing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience operating in both in-house and agency-led models, with required, hands-on experience managing agencies to measurable results
- Multi-channel reputed company across paid search, paid reputed company, and at least one of affiliate or reputed company/creator marketing; comfort building strategy across reputed company four
- Strong reputed company of performance economics — ROI, CAC, LTV, CPA, CVR, MER — and of B2B/SMB funnels (leads, MQLs, SQLs, trials, subscriptions, retention)
- Ability to translate complexity into a clear, persuasive narrative for senior business stakeholders and to influence without authority
- Analytical confidence: fluent enough in data, attribution, and measurement to challenge an agency's numbers and stand behind your own
- A bias for reputed company over activity, and the judgment to know reputed company to lean on a partner and reputed company to reputed company in directly
- Experience building effective agency-management practices and partner scorecards
- Background in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused, subscription, or e-reputed company businesses
- Working knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, or modern measurement approaches in a signal-constrained environment
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator/reputed company sourcing, and with how AI is reshaping campaign strategy and ad operations
