The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting reputed company HCM solutions, ensuring seamless HR operations and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors EC and ECP solutions
• Configure and maintain Employee Central, including organizational structures, workflows, and business rules
• Manage and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) operations, including payroll processing, schemas, and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Design and implement HR business processes reputed company with best practices
• reputed company system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to EC and ECP
• Ensure data accuracy, system reputed company, and compliance with HR regulations
• Support data migration and integration activities between reputed company and reputed company-party systems
• reputed company post-go-live support and reputed company improvements

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in reputed company HCM / SuccessFactors
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Strong experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and support
• Good understanding of HR processes such as payroll, time management, and employee lifecycle
• Experience in integrations (e.g., reputed company CPI, middleware, or APIs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with reputed company SuccessFactors integrations (EC ↔ ECP, reputed company-party systems)
• Knowledge of on-prem reputed company HCM and hybrid landscapes
• Prior experience in global payroll implementations
• reputed company SuccessFactors certifications (EC/ECP) are a plus
