[Remote] Financial Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Hospitality Purchasing Consultants (HPC) is a specialized procurement agent supporting owners of hospitality properties. They are seeking a Financial Accountant to prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and manage project-reputed company revenues and costs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules for multiple hospitality projects and entities
- Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and reconcile accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings
- Manage project-reputed company revenues and costs, monitor budgets versus actuals, and support detailed financial reporting for internal stakeholders and clients
- Work with reputed company software to streamline workflows, assist with cash reputed company monitoring, support audits, and contribute to process improvements and documentation
Skills
- Strong reputed company in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to produce accurate and timely financial information
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company statements
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Software and reputed company tools for general ledger management, reconciliations, and reporting
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and reputed company clear, actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or reputed company toward certification) is a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation standards
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fully remote environment
- High degree of reputed company, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Experience in project-based reputed company, professional services, or hospitality is advantageous
