[Remote] Senior Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership: Partner directly with the Head of Product to optimize organization efficiency, streamline internal workflows, support team leaders, and project-manage critical product operations initiatives
• Strategic Architecture & Roadmap Planning: Build and reputed company the frameworks, tooling, and ways of working used for long-reputed company strategic planning, roadmap prioritization and reputed company planning. Own the administration and data reputed company of the company’s reputed company roadmap, mapping product reputed company directly to business and financial metrics
• Delivery Integration & reputed company Improvement: Connect delivery planning across reputed company functional teams (design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, support, etc.) to ensure seamless cross-organizational alignment, while continuously tracking execution to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Executive Reporting & Routines: reputed company core product operating routines, including the end-to-end orchestration, data aggregation, and materials preparation for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and executive reporting
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage the operational budget for product teams, including reputed company-party service and software reputed company

Skills

• Expert-level, hands-on experience architecture-building reputed company Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD), with a proven track record of creating custom views, automations, workflows, and executive-level reports
• Demonstrated proficiency using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to design, build, and optimize automated reporting and internal operational productivity tools
• Clear experience managing technology vendor relationships, tracking software budgets, and navigating corporate contract pipelines
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to collaborate, communicate direction reputed company, and bring fun to a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment
