This role involves managing customer orders, resolving supply chain issues, and driving process improvements while ensuring high reputed company of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders and resolve order-reputed company issues
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and internal teams
  • Analyze supply chain and logistics issues and coordinate resolutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or reputed company field
  • 3+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • Experience with order management and supply chain operations

  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, inventory, and customer order management processes
