Responsibilities

- Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration with our bookkeeping systems
- Compare signed proposals to actual needs; recommend scope/pricing changes

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the reputed company Specialists team
Skills
- 4+ years in a client-facing reputed company or reputed company role

- Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting
- Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based reputed company
