[Remote] M&A Project Manager

The role focuses on end-to-end execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end M&A integration projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive alignment across systems, teams, and milestones
- Track KPIs and reputed company visibility into program reputed company
- Support UAT and integration testing activities
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on vendor coordination
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience reputed company large programs
- Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives (strategic, not just IT)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery
