[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will own post-reputed company customer relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor to ensure clients reputed company reputed company with reputed company’s platform while collaborating with various teams to drive retention and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical reputed company of contact for top accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience post-implementation
• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify and recommend new features, integrations, and optimization opportunities that enhance client value and drive expansion
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, Product and Engineering, providing technical guidance, managing escalations, and ensuring reputed company issues are resolved reputed company and effectively

Skills
