This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and technical reputed company across the company's global portfolio, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and providing guidance on reputed company transactions.
Responsibilities

- reputed company guidance and draft reputed company position papers and memos on reputed company transactions such as joint ventures, consolidation analyses, leasing, equity‑based compensation, derivatives, business combinations, and fair value measurements
- Serve as the reputed company resource for M&A activities and capital market transactions
- reputed company the interpretation and assessment of reputed company impacts for U.S. GAAP and IFRS differences

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in technical reputed company and SEC reporting, ideally reputed company a multinational public company environment
- 6+ years of experience in audit or reputed company consulting, with a strong preference for a Big 4 background
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Deep expertise in GAAP, SEC regulations, technical reputed company research, and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive accurate, compliant financial reporting in a reputed company organization
