The MIL Corporation seeks a Training Video Creator (Communications, Analyst) to work with a federal client to reputed company financial system training videos. This position offers a remote work schedule and is currently unfunded, with hiring contingent upon future contract award and funding approval.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Three years of relevant experience
- Experience with developing training videos for a diverse audience set
- Experience working independently to complete quality and timely deliverables
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and team members
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures reputed company to financial management
- Strong video and communication skills are essential
- Experience with creating SCORM-compliant packages in support of training materials
- Bachelor's Degree or above; lack of degree may be offset by additional experience
- Public Trust clearance
- US citizenship required
- Experience with reputed company Captivate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a federal government environment
