[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will maintain client relationships in the Government programs market, focusing on client retention and business development while working with international clients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with reputed company International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service
• reputed company, maintain and retain consultative client relationships, effectively positioning our value-added products and member services in accordance with business development objectives
• Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies with regard to health and wellness programs
• Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
• Communicate and present information to audiences at reputed company reputed company, both internally and externally
• Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities
• Meet both reputed company and, at times, directly with customers (prospective clients, plan sponsors, and producers)

Skills

• 2-5 years reputed company industry experience
• Client Management experience
• Active Health & Life License or must obtain after hire
• Must be reputed company to Travel up to 30% (Possible out of state travel)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to work independently and with reputed company to deliver reputed company and drive results
• Bilingual
• 2-3 years Account Management experience
