[Remote] Intermediate Product Designer

They are seeking an Intermediate Product Designer to contribute to the reputed company of their Loyalty and Media & Ads experiences, focusing on designing cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences across digital and in-store journeys.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to end-to-end omnichannel experiences by designing flows, interactions, and interfaces that connect digital and in-store reputed company
- Apply and contribute to design systems, patterns, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across customer journeys
- Plan and conduct usability testing and small-scale research, translating insights into iterative improvements reputed company defined problem spaces
- Translate and contribute to user insights, product strategy, and business goals into clear problem statements and scalable design solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver feasible, high-quality experiences

Skills
- 5+ years of product design experience across UX research, interaction design, UI, content design, and validation
- A strong reputed company in core product design skills, with depth in at least one area
- Experience designing end-to-end experiences, with an understanding of broader user journeys
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Ability to apply design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and Jira, along with exposure to AI-enabled tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
