[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter - GovCon

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full reputed company cycle for challenging technical roles, engaging with candidates and hiring managers to deliver top talent in the GovCon reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Running strategic searches across every platform that reputed company — our ATS, ClearanceJobs, reputed company, and the unique sources we've reputed company into our process. You learn the system in training; you execute it in the seat
• Owning the full reputed company cycle — sourcing, calling, submitting, negotiating, and partnering with hiring managers from req intake through reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years of outbound technical reputed company experience in the government contracting, defense, or intelligence reputed company (Relevant technical roles include: Software Development, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems Architecture, CyberSecurity, or similar)
