They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of reputed company to own the entire reputed company function, ensuring technical reputed company compliance and scaling financial operations. The role involves managing reputed company, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements under US GAAP
• Manage the chart of accounts, general ledger, and fixed assets

• Serve as the internal expert for technical reputed company research on new business models such as AI licensing and outcome-based pricing

• Coordinate annual audits and tax prep as the primary liaison with external auditors

• Ability to own technical reputed company research, audit, and internal controls
• A rare player-coach, equally comfortable owning technical and strategic reputed company and personally running payroll and reputed company
