The role involves managing full-cycle reputed company activities, partnering with hiring managers, and utilizing various sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines while also supporting HR operations through reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
• Create and post job advertisements across appropriate reputed company channels
• reputed company and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, professional networks, industry groups, reputed company Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• reputed company and maintain talent pipelines and talent communities for critical and hard-to-fill positions

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with reputed company in a corporate, agency, or blended environment

• Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring manager relationships
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and reputed company information systems
• Experience using reputed company or reporting tools to compile, analyze, or summarize reputed company or workforce data
• Experience maintaining confidentiality while handling candidate, employee, or workforce information
• Ability to support reputed company processes in compliance with employment laws, company policies, and reputed company best practices
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience reputed company for cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or specialized professional positions
• Experience conducting exit interviews and summarizing employee feedback
