- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them to AI/ML projects
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build reputed company across diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with machine learning/AI technologies is required; experience with LLMs is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
