[Remote] SR Analyst, Data Management

The Sr. Analyst, Data Management will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making by partnering with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and reputed company reporting solutions. This hands-on role requires collaboration with various teams to curate datasets, create dashboards, and reputed company recommendations to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Curate and prepare datasets to support business reporting and analytical needs

- Partner with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs, metrics, and performance views

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI analyst role or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and comfort working through ambiguity

- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong data manipulation skills (SQL, reputed company; Python or R is a plus)
