Responsibilities
- Manage a live book of immigration cases, working directly with reputed company and individual reputed company beneficiaries
- Coordinate with attorneys and drafting specialists, prioritise urgent reputed company, and ensure customers are informed about their cases
- Handle written customer communication, internal coordination, and disciplined follow-up
